The King Christian Hotel is unique in that it offers both the charm of a small Caribbean hotel as well as the amenities of a modern resort. The Christiansted hotel has been undergone extensive renovations over the last 5 years so that we may proudly offer the following comforts to our guests:

Fresh Water Pool and Deck

You will love the private courtyard at the King Christian, and the recently refurbished fresh water pool and sundeck. Beautifully landscaped with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, guests love having the option of sun or shade around the pool. The courtyard is immaculately maintained so relax and enjoy your vacation.

Fitness Center

New to the King Christian Hotel is the fitness center. Our air-conditioned gym has a beautiful park and harbor view, as well as television, so you can really enjoy working out. Our state-of-the-art cardio equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines and stairmasters, plus a full range of free weights and plenty of room for stretching. Guests can take advantage of our location, right on the boardwalk and National Park, which is ideal for runners and walkers who want to exercise outdoors but remain close to the room.

Lobby and courtyard are WIFI connected. Most rooms are also WIFI connected. If this is an important amenity for you, please request a room with wireless connectivity when making your reservation.

Elevator

The King Christian Hotel can accommodate guests with physical disabilities. We are the only Christiansted hotel with an elevator.

Our freshly renovated lobby offers guests a bright, tropical and relaxing place to relax and unwind. It's the perfect place to start and end your day of sightseeing. There is a computer station with high speed internet access that is available free of charge to our guests at any time. Our friendly staff will help you arrange things to do while you are on St. Croix.

Budget Car Rental

For the convenience of our guests, we have Budget Car Rental on site for rental cars by the day, weekend, or for the full length of your stay. Reservations in advance are recommended, or can be arranged upon check-in at the hotel front desk.

Restaurants

New to the King Christian Hotel is Louisa's Lounge, a bar and lounge on the first floor of the hotel. Opening in December 2006 with a full restaurant menu. On property is the Avocado Pitt, a casual diner style restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, as well as tropical island smoothies and ice-cream.

Boating and Watersports

While on St. Croix, you will want to enjoy one of St. Croix's most famous treasures - Buck Island Underwater National Monument. Located on the first floor of our hotel is Caribbean Sea Adventures, a full service boating and watersports operation offering full and half day trips to Buck Island, as well as sport-fishing charters, kayak tours and scuba diving instruction and excursions. Also on premises is First Bank of the Virgin Islands, where you can access an ATM machine for immediate cash, or during business hours speak with a representative for assistance with travelers checks, money transfers or business services.
